Meet Elizabeth

By leaving behind your old self and taking a leap of faith into the unknown, you find out what you are truly capable of becoming. I help people, teams and organizations take the leap! Ready?

I love meeting people and hearing their story. Each person, team, and organization I meet have different situations and goals, therefore, each speaking engagement, coaching session or classroom training is a personalized learning experience.

Over the past 30 years I've created, started, and lead numerous businesses. Connect with me on LinkedIn to read about each business in more detail. Throughout the years I've been asked for advice and have helped many people, teams and organizations learn, change and grow. This is how EAR Leadership Academy started. I now devote my time to serving others, listening to their situations, strategically creating plans and properly executing them accordingly.

Always be a student.

Leaders are always learning.
